Iraq- Due to continued insurgency against the occupier of the country it is obviously the most well known danger place in the world. It might take more time than anyone guess before it gets better.

Iran- This oil and natural gas rich nation is trying everything opposite of the west and particularly the USA and disliked them being nearer to their front door in Iraq in such extreme that they blow fire on every word that they have to talk about it. They also seek recognition and respect from the western world and mostly complained about it on every opportunity. This is also the main reason behind the continuous pursuit of having a nuclear weapon. This is a leftist country knitted by closed society thus resentment towards western country is normal and understandable.

Afghanistan- It is still one of the most volatile and un-safe country in the world, the ever increasing threats and influences of Taliban is as high as it was before the war even after the hundredth of thousands of troops from the USA and NATO countries are deployed. The situation seems to get worsen day by day than it gets better.

Pakistan- It seems the country is in a total chaos now. Bombing and killing is a norm of the daily news. Internal insecurity, unstable and weak government, asserting more influences & power by the regional warlords, unfinished war with your neighbor and growing influences from the Taliban made it look like a lawless and unsafe place. Being a nuclear armed country and not knowing whose hand is in that key make it even more dangerous and scary. It can also be a real threat to the peace of that part of the world.

Sudan- The humanitarian crisis un-folding here in this country is the worst example in any standard, it can not be worst than that. It is a barbarian act of hatred and ethnic cleansing happening in 21^st century that could be only imagined in stone ages. The recent issuing of arrest warrant for its leader from the international court is the only action the world could come up with against the genocide but that is not a relief whatsoever to the victims. For how long the people can just stand there and watch it?

Zimbabwe- If anyone wanted to know for how fast a reasonably stable and good nation can break into pieces and go into coma not knowing whether it will regain conscience or not, look no further, it is here.

Africa- In general most of the African nations are in one way or another in crisis, except the South Africa, being abundantly rich on natural resources and minerals do not seems to be much useful since they are most of the time fighting each others, may be this is the self explanatory reason!

Sri-Lanka- The Tamil tigers have been fighting for independence for more than 20 years now with the government troops, which brings conflict and suicide bombers inside the country, so, making it unstable and dangerous. The war is nearly to the end but the struggle seems to continue for much longer time.

Kashmir- Kashmir crisis will not solved until India and Pakistan can find a solution for their differences, both Nuclear weapon equipped nations are technically still in war. And the unstable government in Pakistan with much powerful Islamic extremist regional leader and growing influences of Taliban from Afghanistan, the end to the crisis in Kashmir seems far fetched dream for now.

Myanmar- The country is controlled by the military junta with iron fist, all the democratic & humanitarian activities are banned, outsider are hardly allowed in, the situation seems getting worse day by day. Other than that not much is known.

Thailand- It is a very friendly, tourist loving country however, the current political situation there with unstable government, rally, demonstrations is not only annoying but also dangerous. Until the situation is solved and stable in this place, the old glory of attracting millions of tourist will be just an old memory in the future.

Indonesia- It is one of the most populated Islamic nations in the world and there are more than few hardliner/sympathizer groups to Islamic cause against the west. So, bombing on a popular tourist spots is still possible since the Bali bombing which can be deadly sometime.

Timor- The youngest country in the world is still a very unstable and fragile place and rally, demonstration, strike is a norm of the day. It will take more than just the passion for having an own country. You need expertise, infrastructure, sustainable economy and stable government etc. It will take few more decades before it can be self-reliant to itself as a nation.

Philippine- It is a fun loving country but corruption and poverty is still the main disease of the nation, due to many separated islands, the communication and control by the central government is very difficult and those Islamic separatist parties like Abu Sayaf  is still rampant on kidnapping foreigners for ransom and extortion. The chance of getting into such trouble is less but it is still there.

North Korea- It is the most reclusive and isolated country in the world and also one of the hardcore communist country surviving on the 21^st century. The country also known as hermit kingdom might not be your cup of tea for visit purpose but it has been the main thorn of the peace in north Asia. Its continue pursuit on having a nuclear weapon is the main cause of worry for its neighbors, south Korea, Japan and USA.

Oceania & islands nations- These countries made of tiny islands might be very peaceful and beautiful for the holiday but it is also plagued with constant coup and change of authority which can horribly ruin your holiday. That fact has to be considered on the plan for any kind of visit although it might not be the case as always!

Mexico- The main problem in this country that can derail the peace and also development of the nation is the notoriously ruthless drug lords, the drug business itself is even bigger than whole economy of most of the poor countries in the world and the fight for the territorial control is extremely vicious and deadly. Nobody with a right sense of mind would like to be caught on the middle of such battle and the chances of that happening to you is most likely in Mexico. So you be the judge!

Venezuela- This country is run by an extremely left minded leader and he is accomplishing his dream with a newly found wealth of black gold called oil. Other than that it should be quite stable and peaceful.

Columbia- The country is still in conflict with the rebel group called FARC, kidnapping popular, rich and famous and also foreigners for money and extortion is the main source of funding for their movement. The chance of being on the wrong place in wrong time is more than real. And no possible end is in sight for this crisis any time soon.

Peru- This south american nation is economically in good condition. It is also well known for old age civiliazation, most famously the Inca mummies. However, there are still un-solved border issue with Chile and the internal conflict with the communist rebel called Shining Path is still un-solved since 1980. There are still some periodic violences in time. Therefore, being cautious can be helpful.

Brazil- It is vast country and always in a party mood, however, especially in big cities, the crime of kidnapping for ransom and extortion, drug related murder and disappearance is quite high. Other than that it would be a fun place.

Eastern Europe- Most of the Eastern European countries are still smarting up with their freedom from communist soviet era and newly found fame from the European Union membership. Things could be cheaper than the Western Europe but some sporadic conflicts such as the one in Georgia is possible as there are still few bad bloods spilled from the Soviet era. So, cautious is the main word.

Western Europe- The main issue the Western European nations have currently is the threat from the terrorist and jihadist of Islamic world, orchestrated by Bin Laden and performed by Al-Qaeda, sensationalized by media with help from some governmental propagandist, and the unfortunate fact of this event is now that it is more than real and nobody can ignore it anymore.  

Kosovo- Since its independence declaration in 2008 from Serbia, Kosovo is still a very fragile country. Racial unrest, confrontation and rally were a norm although the situation is calm now but it can still explode any time. The Albanian majority are in-charge now with the help of the UN force which made the Serbian descents in minority and definitely are not happy. Their bigger neighbor Serbia who used to be their old master will not just wait and watch. The ethnic cleansing of late nineties known today as the Kosovo genocide is still fresh & alive in people memory. Let us all hope and pray that the UN will do the right thing and guide the new nation until it is old enough to walk itself.

Nepal- It must be one of the beautiful places on earth with breathtaking scenery and spectacular view of Himalayan peninsula. However, due to internal conflicts, unstable government, corruption and also being landlocked it is also one of the poorest countries in the world. But they are the friendly, welcoming, warming and smiling people on the globe and also it is very cheap to visit there. It must be definitely on the list of things that you should do before you die, trust me!

The USA- The greatest and most powerful nation of the world is now so stretched that it can not even help its own people when it needs it the most. Jobless and homeless is recipe for social unrest and trouble in most. Unless it can gets its act right and use all the available resources to make it, our greatest nation is in the real danger of being the past force. But with its new charismatic and able leader in position, things could be only better. Let all of us hope and pray just for that now.

Israel & Palestine/Lebanon- For the people in this area, bomb shelling, rocket blasting, tank rolling, bullet flying and fighting have been kind of a daily routine since the Jews nation called Israel was born. When you are homeless and nation-less in your own land, it can not be right in any sense although both parties have claim that is also relevant on their own right. It is also the same reason for the fighting in Lebanon. However, as far as the Israeli and Palestinian crisis is not solved, this place will never see a day of peace and hope. This is also the same reason why the problem between the Jews and the Arabian is also started. And it is also the main root of the trouble that we are having around whole world today. Today it is not only the problem of the Israeli and Palestinian, it is the problem of the whole world also as most of the problems we are facing now around the globe are more or less related to this very issue. It is very important that the leaders and people of the world understand it sooner than later. And Oh! Yes, we should not also forget to thanks Hitler, he was the main creator of this problem that made people still suffering in this world even today long after he is dead and buried. He must be constantly moving on his grave for sure!

Human being is the smartest and also the most selfish specie of this world and may be this is the main reason why we are also the master of this planet. We have managed to achieved miracles, created brilliance on many aspects of life, reached higher than sky and far below on the ground, gained unlimited successes, there is simply no limit for us, we can do almost everything that can be imagined. At the same time, we also managed to show our ugliest face of the cruelty, hatred, bitterness and destruction. If, only if we could we all could put our whole energy, effort, time and brilliance only on the good use for mankind helping each others with love and care then only the pain, sorrow and suffering of the mankind could be less. May be by thence, we deserve to be able to do the god’s job that we so desperately trying to do now! Who knows he might also declare us as of his able successor by himself and start planning for the retirement. We will definitely keep wondering!
