Bitter
gourd with anchovies!
ingredient: bitter gourd 200g, dried anchovy 20g, onion
20g, tomatoes 30g, mixed spices powder 1tbsp, red chilies 2pcs, chopped
garlic & ginger 5g, oil 20ml, salt to taste.
cooking method: wash the bitter gourd thoroughly and dice it in small
pieces. Heat the frypan with 20ml of olive oil, put the chopped garlic
and ginger and also the anchovy and stir fry it until it is golden
brown. Thence put the bitter gourd then stir fry it for a while and
cover it for few minutes. After it, put the mixed spices powder and
salt as to the taste and cook for 5-7 minutes and keep stirring it
until it is fully cooked. Now it is ready for the serve and enjoy it!
