Fishball
curry!
ingredient: fishball-1/2 lbs, onion leaf-20g, red onion-1pc, garlic
pest-1tspn, ginger pest-1tspn, curry pest-1tspn, salt to taste, olive
oil-2tspn, blackpaper powder.
cooking method: boil the fishball for ten minutes and dry/drain it
well, heat the saucepan for few minutes and put olive oil, when the oil
get hot, put the garlic/ginger/curry pest, chopped red onion and stir
it until it gets golden brown, thence put all the fishball and cook it
for approx. 25 minutes and on the last put some salt and black paper
powder and garnish it with green onion leaf, now the fishball curry is
ready to serve!
