Pork bun!

Ingredients -  all purpose flour dough, olive oil 2 TBSP, peeled and sliced onion, garlic, clove, crushed/chopped ginger, a pinch of crushed chilli, minced pork meat & ready made chilli garlic sauce!

Cooking method:
a. put 2 TBSP olive oil on the frying pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, ginger seasoning and cook for 8 mins.
b. add minced pork on the seasoning and continue cooking for another 5 mins more
c. stir it with the crushed chilly in it
d. leave it for 10 mins to cool down
e. make the dough in desired sizes and roll it to round shape. Stuff the dough with the mixed minced pork inside as already prepared and close all the edges.
f. steam the stuffed bun for 10 mins
g. pan fry the steamed bun for another 5-6 mins both sides until it is golden brown
h. it is ready now and serve the pork bun with ready made chilli garlic sauce.
