Puri served with bean soup!

Ingredient - pure wheat flour 500g            brown sugar 5TBSP
                 enough oil or frying 300ml
                 bean 200g                             onion, garlic, ginger in small amount
                 salt as taste                           chili powder 1 tea spoon
                 mixed spices  1 tea spoon       olive oil 1 tea spon
                 green onion leafs for garnishing!
cooking method Puri: mix the brown sugar with wheat flour to make the dough.  make round ball of all the dough and flatten them up in a circle with bread roller. Heat the oil on a frypan until it is very hot and put those circles one into the hot oil. Turn them both sides when it is golden brown and take it off once it is fully cooked.

cooking method for bean soup: first of all, soak the beans in water for almost an hour. cook it with enough water for 30-40mins until it is fully cooked. Now add garlic, onion, ginger, mixed spices, chilli and a tea spoon of olive oil. and also salt as your taste. Keep cooking until it is boiled again.

Now garnish the bean soup with the chopped onion leafs and serve it with the puri while it is still hot...!
