Vegetable
fillet o' fish!
ingredient: fillet o' fish 200g
oil 2TBSP
black pepper 10g
garlick, ginger paste 1/2 TBSP
soya souce 1TBSP salt
as taste
choi sam 100g
cherry tomatoes 20g
cooking method:
first of all, wash the fillet o'fish and marinate it with soya souce,
garlick and ginger paste and also salt for 10mins. Put 2 TBSP oil on
the fry pan and heat it in low flame. When it is hot, put the fillet
o'fish and fry both sides until it is golden brown and nicely cooked
for approx. 20mins. Wash the choi sam and steam it for 5mins only.
Thence put on the plate and garnish with the sliced cherry tomatoes on
the side. Vegetable fillet o'fish is ready to serve now!
