Vegetable fried noodles!

Ingredients -100g instant noodle               2 small onion
                  garlic cloves crushed to paste 2 large egg
                  1/2 spoon chicken dry soup   black pepper & salt
                  5 cherry tomatoes                 2TBSP finely chopped parsley & green onions leaf
                  50g pak choi                       olive oil
                  roundly cut green cucumber
Cooking method:
Boil the noodle for 10 mins until it is soft enough. drain it and rinse with cool water. Heat the frypan with the olive oil, put the diced onion and garlic paste and fry it until it gets golden brown. Now put the noodles on it and stir fry it for few mins. Thence add the chopped pak choi, fresh egg and cherry tomatoes and keep stir fry it for another 6 mins. At the end add on the chopped parsley, green onions leaf, chicken dry soup, black pepper and salt as your taste and cook for a minute or two. Now set it up on a fine dish and garnish with the roundly cut green cucumber. Your vegetable fried noodle is ready to serve!
